【注意事項(xiàng)、警示】

3. 床與平臺(tái)之間空隙不得超過(guò)15cm；

4. 操作時(shí)床與平臺(tái)不得移動(dòng)。   

患者從床轉(zhuǎn)至平臺(tái)：

1. 將患者側(cè)躺；

2. 轉(zhuǎn)移板的支撐部分在上，布套裙擺在下，支撐部分與裙擺的連接處朝向護(hù)理人員方向，放在患者身下；

3. 將患者放回支撐部分上；

4. 拖動(dòng)把手至平臺(tái)3分之1處，扶住患者肩挎部，拖至平臺(tái)上；

5. 抽出醫(yī)用轉(zhuǎn)移板，完成轉(zhuǎn)移。

患者從平臺(tái)回至床上：

6. 將患者側(cè)躺；

7. 轉(zhuǎn)移板的支撐部分在上，布套裙擺在下，支撐部分與裙擺的連接處朝向護(hù)理人員方向，放在患者身下；

8. 將患者放回支撐部分上；

9. 推動(dòng)患者的肩挎部至平臺(tái)上；

10. 抽出醫(yī)用轉(zhuǎn)移板，完成轉(zhuǎn)移。
